Lime Soda with Spices & Mint Recipe :

Ingredients:

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ground cumin
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground cardamom
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Muddle fresh mint leaves with a spoon to release their oils and flavor.

2. Mix lime juice, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, and sugar (if using) in a pitcher.

3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

4. Stir in soda water just before serving.

5. Fill glasses with ice and pour the Lime Soda with Spices & Mint over the ice.

6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
