Roasted Chicken With Jeera Rice | Lunch Recipe | Dinner Recipe | One Pot Meal

MeAndMoreWithEBA  Roasted Chicken Recipe :  Marinate Boneless Chicken (500 gm )with Lemon juice , 1 tbsp Curd , 1 tsp Jeera Powder , 1 tsp Pepper powder , 4 tbsp Olive oil and Salt . Marinate for 1/2 an hour . Greese butter & Olive oil on tawa , Place the marinated Chicken cubes on tawa . Roast all the sides for 10 to 15 mins . Once roasting done , keep aside . Sprinkle pepper powder one more time ...  Jeera Rice :  Cook Rice (500 gm ). Heat white oil for seasoning . Add 3 tbsp cumin seeds , chopped green chili . Let it splutter . Add & mix seasoning in Rice bowl with lots of chopped coriander leaves & salt . All over the day and night it is raining.Monsoon Raining is going on.Basically in this rainy day we like to go for the Khichdi .I mean to say it is the season for some hot and warm.Obviously then I would like share with you something different recipes in this week particularly.And You know in this rainy season I want to try only easy and tasty recipe which takes very little time to prepare. So I would like to share the most easiest recipe for a meal which is nothing but The Jeera Rice.Its aroma just like heaven and it goes awesome with any type of curries.But mostly I like to taste with some paneer gravy or non-veg curries.To prepare jeera rice I like to use little ginger paste & Coriander leaves for adding more flavour.
