Awadhi Paneer Masala | Lucknow Paneer Masala

Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy. Same to same Awadhi cuisine or Lucknow cuisine has their own specialty too. In maximum cases they are cooking in Dum Puckt style foods means cooking will be done in a big hundi with a lid including all the spices but in low flame. But think as Mughal culture and Lucknow culture are more or less same in their cooking style. Still it has to be some differentiation in some cases. Hope you got to know that why I had given so many lectures about the Awadhi Cooking. Because today I want share one Awadhi special recipe. It's a simple and easy cooking reci...

Spicy Red Kidney Bean | Rajma Masala

Rajma Masala a popular north Indian Treats .So this time I prepared one spicy red beans curry. I prepared it with some major spicy ingredients. A specific garam masala and rajma masala which I prepared at home. It will be bit rich and hot. It can goes very well with any paratha, chapathi or naan. To make little sour in taste I used dried mango powder. You can try little tamarind pulp too. And curd I used only after preparation. But my suggestion is whenever you are preparing this recipe make it little tangy and hot in flavor. Dears I am telling you one particular rajma masala. Make it and store it in a container and use when you require. Hope you will like it. And use a handful coriander leaves which brings more taste in your Rajma Masala. Now take a look on the recipe and masala. Watch the Video

So this is the recipe in same way where I did not use any onion and garlic. So this is the preparation of Pure veg you can say .  This preparation is very easy and tasty too. Little spicy gravy goes very nice with any kind of Paratha or Chapathi. It gives little tangy flavour also.  It goes very well with Bengali style Luchi even . In Bengal there was a myth that Sunday breakfast means luchi only ....... still there is some families who keep on maintaining this tradition ..... for them this is a must try preparation ......  So hope all will love this recipe...
