Here's a simple and delicious fruit salad recipe: Tropical Fruit Salad Recipe Ingredients : 1. 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced 2. 1 cup fresh mango, diced 3. 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 4. 1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and diced 5. 1 orange, peeled and segmented 6. 1dragonfruits, peeled and segmented 7. 2 tablespoons honey 8. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 9. Sprinkle of shredded coconut (optional) 10.Chopped Almonds , Dates , Pistachios for added flavour.  Instructions : 1. Friends I know I am very irregular . Do not know why it is happening with me,not getting enough time to write for my blog. Can not share more and more recipes with you as I did earlier.Cannot communicate with you too. I miss those days. Still trying to get involve with my lovely work , with my happiness. Anyway, here I am again with another snack recipe which is called Poha basically but in Bengal we call it Chirer Polau. Chire means rice flakes and Polau/Pulao means a mixture with vegetables and masala. But sill it is a light snack which is healthy too. My recipe represents the Bengali version with little change. Veggie Sauce Sandwich : Sandwich is a special dish for the time of day begin. It is a good way to make your day a healthy. There are several types of sandwiches. Some are toasted and some are non-toasted .But I like to taste the non-toasted sandwich. And I tried to prepare the taste of my favouite sandwich like many popular Hotel or Restaurant… I searched the exact ingredients of sandwich by trial and error method. After a period at last I got the exact preparation of non-toasted sandwich. I am satisfied with this preparation also… It looks like the exact sandwich also…I must say this is my invention alike…So I want to share my preparation after demanding a lot, from my several friends… It has to be done in 3 ways. I will explain it one by one...

Rawa Uttapam

Uttapam : Uttapam ... I Love This Dish...And my family too...Last Tuesday I tried at home...My in-law parants Loved this too much..and it is very easy to cook...a perfect breakfast which takes less time to prepare... and healthy too... Ingredients : 1. Semolina (suji) 2 cups 2. Curd 1 cup 3. Onion 1 middle size (chopped) 4. Green Chili 4-5 (chopped) 5. Tomato 2 (chopped) 6. Coriander leaves 1 cup (chopped) 7. Black Pepper Powder 3 tsp 8. Salt to taste 9. White Oil 2 tbsp Method : 1. Mix all the ingredients(without oil) with little water. *** It should be a thiken gravy. 2. Soak for 2 hours. 3. Heat little oil in a pan. 4. Spread 1 big spoon of mixture on the pan with thiken base(Like pizza base). 5. Low the flame. 6.Cover with a lid for 5-8 mins. 7. Uttapam is ready. 8.Serve hot with sambhar.
