Breakfast Recipe | Non-Veg Healthy Breakfast

Pasta with Peppery Parsley Cheesy Poach

When A full plate of breakfast is in front of you and you can't resist your cutlery 🍴to have the pepperiness of flavor🍳☕️🍛.....

Pasta : 

Ingredients :

3 Cups Pasta any type  (boiled with little salt & oil)
1 Medium onion sliced
1 carrots big size sliced 
7 to 8 Beans Chopped
Broccoli chopped into small pieces 
1" Ginger grated
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp chili flakes 
2 tsp oregano 
1/2 tsp Vineger
3/4 tsp Green chili sauce (for flavor)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Refined oil

How to Cook :

  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Steam vegetables except onion  with a little salt .
  • Add sliced vegetables stir for a while
  • Add grated ginger, stir well
  • Add boiled pasta and saute for sometimes
  • Add vineger
  • Add green chili sauce 
  • Add salt
  • Cook for 2 minutes
  • Sprinkle black pepper powder
  • Sprinkle oregano 
  • Sprinkle chili flakes 
  • Serve hot with any soup or salads .

Peppery Parsley Cheesy Poach : 

And for Egg poach , you know that olive oil is the best healthier than any other ! Sprinkle olive oil in a frying pan , add egg , sprinkle 1 tsp of cheese , pepper powder , salt & few parsley for flavor as well .....
