Healthy eating start with knowing what we eat - how many Carbohydrates, proteins , vitamins and minerals we actually Consume in the food we eat . Phrases like 'low fat' , ' low-calorie' or ' sugar - free ' are often misleading and wrongly used . Ice Cream are being marketed as zero sugar . Instead of sugar , maltodextrin is added which is a sugar polymer , so it is bad as sugar ! But we can't avoid junk foods , crispy fried foods as well . Basically me , very fobd of spicy oily fried junk foods ! Outing without junk/spicy food , can't imagine ! Somehow manage veg & non veg days while going for a outing ! Anyhow if morning starts with healthy food habits & throughout the day if intakes are most healthier , 2/3 days could be manageable for spicy or junk foods . Now if you ask me about my day !
