Methi Matar Malai | Creamy Fenugreek Leaves Gravy with Green Peas | North Indian Dish

Today sharing a very famous recipe from North India. Methi Matar Malai . I will keep it in 2nd position after Palak Paneer only. It has an own flavors which are coming from its ingredients. Its blended with some rich and royal ingredients which are also easily available in markets too. In my home party I always prefer to put this exotic dish to give some unique touch in My menu list. And after preparing this dish I get some appreciations which are just priceless to me.Originally I got  this recipe from my Mom. The main combination she used that methi with green peas or spinach with green peas. So took the chances to give an experimental taste with the combination of famous recipe from North India. And I think I succeed . In case about nutritional benefits it gives a full nutritional values as all of the ingredients used ich in here is very healthy. It is rich in iron,calcium,protein,carbohydrates,minerals,fibre etc. So it is a Healthy and Tasty side dish too.

Aaloo Paratha | Stuffed Potato Paratha

Stuffed Potato paratha or aaloo paratha whatever you say its just amazing. I know very well that about 99.99% of us like this paratha tremendously. With this paratha I dont need any side dish at all. Only mixed or lemon-Chili Pickle  or Yogurt sauce is enough to grab all this stuffed paratha. Potato is something like that does not matter how you are preparing the dish with potato... In any kind of you will love it. So paratha with potato is really a delicious food in our Indian Recipe too. Today sharing Dal Makhani a famous North Indian delicacy. A popular dal recipe which is originated from Punjab. For an authentic recipe of Dal Makhani two types of Dal are using such as whole black lentils and Red kidney beans. Butter Chicken Masala. A delightful famous Chicken recipe. From couple of months I was thinking to post this recipe. But somehow it would not work! So this evening I got the chance to share the recipe of Butter chicken masala. This recipe I learned from one Bengali cookery show . But I made some changes on it. In case of garam masala I prepared it at home that has little different flavors which increase the taste of Chicken butter masala. Trust me it is exclusively Restaurant style Chicken Butter Masala. After preparing in this way you will say the same. So I claim it is an Authentic food spicy and lovely recipe. With tandoori roti and butter naan it goes marvelous. Spicy Red Kidney Bean | Rajma Masala

Rajma Masala a popular north Indian Treats .So this time I prepared one spicy red beans curry. I prepared it with some major spicy ingredients. A specific garam masala and rajma masala which I prepared at home. It will be bit rich and hot. It can goes very well with any paratha,chapathi or naan. To make little sour in taste I used dried mango powder. You can try little tamarind pulp too. And curd I used only after preparation. But my suggestion is whenever you are preparing this recipe make it little tangy and hot in flavor. Dears I am telling you one particular rajma masala. Make it and store it in a container and use when you require. Hope you will like it. And use a handful coriander leaves which brings more taste in your Rajma Masala. Chicken Bharta | Restaurant Style Smoky Flavored Chicken Bharta

Friends Today I am little late to post a new post. I was little busy with my personal work. But anyway I cannot stay away from my Blog too. So today sharing yummy non-veg treat which is very famous in all over India. Who are non-Vegetarian, for them I am sure that they must be tried this recipe for once or many times. I am sure that they almost searched the recipe from Online or asked someone that did you try Chicken Bharta? Do you know the recipe of chicken Bharta? Yes! I am sure you did it. Me too. Yesterday, I had prepared one Sweet item. Its extremely mouthwatering, tempting for any Home party. In my House its always happens. That means surprising guests are always coming. But I am Happy to Welcome them. So may be all the time you were not ready to make something for them. But nothing will be mess up if most of the ingredients are available in your kitchen. In my quick recipe list Quick Fried rice, Quick chicken curry or Quick Paneer recipe and one Salads are always special. But in case of Sweets or desserts you have to be patience because to make any sweets dish you have to think about the time also. Within short period you have to prepare it with all the available sweets ingredients otherwise it cannot be possible. Hello Dear All, After a long break Pinky is here again.Long means very long.A big Sorry for This long break.I did not have any chance to continue as because between these periods lots of changes happened in My Life. Jeera Rice

All over the day and night it is raining.Monsoon Raining is going on.Basically in this rainy day we like to go for the Khichdi .I mean to say it is the season for some hot and warm.Obviously then I would like share with you something different recipes in this week particularly.And You know in this rainy season I want to try only easy and tasty recipe which takes very little time to prepare. So I would like to share the most easiest recipe for a meal which is nothing but The Jeera Rice.Its aroma just like heaven and it goes awesome with any type of curries.But mostly I like to taste with some paneer gravy or non-veg curries.To prepare jeera rice I like to use little ginger paste & Coriander leaves for adding more flavour. Methi Paratha

Paratha can be called Indian Flat Bread which can be made out of various stuffs like potatoes,vegetables,paneer and masalas or spices.Indian flat Bread or paratha is prepared by kneading wheat flour, after that it is fried with little oil. As there is using such little oil so it is not so oily too.There are various kind of paratha which are different from each other as because of there region or states,like Punjabi paratha,South Indian paratha,Gujrathi Paratha and all... Paratha can be eaten with pickle and Yoghurt.Basically in bengali paratha is triangular in shape.
