This is a spicy paneer recipe. A thick gravy with some special spices of Indian Kitchen makes it more rich in texture and taste. Its smell like awesome you know. As because I am explaining about Paneer Tikka Masala so I know its very well known recipe too. Each and everybody likes this dish with roti as well as paratha. If you go through my recipe you can find little variety from the other one. It can be made in various way. But you have to Trust me and try ones then you will get definitely a mind blowing gravy. I hope you will make it again and again. But you have to remember this Paneer should be of good quality.Then it will be worthy. You can make paneer at home too. Its the best way to get a marvelous recipe of Paneer Tikka Masala.

For Marination
- Cottage Cheez/Paneer cubes of 500gm
- Cumin Powder 1tsp (Roasted)
- Coriander Powder 1tsp ( Roasted)
- Red chili Powder
- Hung Curd 2 tbsp
- Kasoori Methi 2tsp (Roasted)
- Corn Flour / Maida 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Butter or Ghee 1 tbsp
For Masala
- Onion paste (boiled)
- Tamato Puree (after removing skin)
- Garlic Paste 2tsp
- Ginger Paste 1tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili powder 3tsp
- Turmeric Powder 2tsp
- Any kind of branded non-veg masala. 2tbsp [I use branded chicken Masala]
- Bay leaf 1
- Butter 2tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Kasoori Methi 2tsp ( Roasted)
- Cashew Paste 3tbsp
- Capsicum Slice 1/2 cup(lightly fried)
- Garam Masala 2tsp
Method
- Marinate Paneer Cubes for 2 hours. Keep it into the fridge.
- Skew paneer or Saute in a Pan one by one into the stick.
- Grill it for 10 mins.
- Put Kadhai on the pan,add little oil an butter together.
- Add bay leaf,onion paste to it.
- Add Ginger and garlic paste and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add Tomato puree,kashmiri red chili powder,turmeric powder and saute for sometimes.
- Add branded non-veg masala and fry till oil comes out.
- Add cashew paste and little warm water.
- Cover with a lid.
- Add Paneer cubes garam masala and Kasoori methi.
- Before serving add sliced Capsicum and cover it for 2-3mins.Then serve.
- Serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
*** if you want add 2-3tbsp fresh cream for more flavours.
