Biriyani no one can bet this meal, if it is in the menu. A famous Mughal delicacy which is very familiar in the whole world. Though it has different tastes in various states and various countries. Still it gets its own identity for Traditional cuisine. You may hear about Lucknow Biriyani, Hyderabadi Biriyani, and Kolkata Biriyani by name. But if you consider the ingredients , preparation method , tastes and time for each, they are very much different too. It's almost lunch time !! Today going to share one more Thali as per my choice !! Though it is not from any specific regional at all ..... but much Healthy and Tasty Thali if you ask me about !! Dear all for the few days I was too busy... so in this time I cannot post anymore recipes in my Blog.After a short brake I have come again to share with you recipe for this week...Today I want to share recipe of Chinese Fried Rice...You know its delicious how much... All over the day and night it is raining.Monsoon Raining is going on.Basically in this rainy day we like to go for the Khichdi .I mean to say it is the season for some hot and warm.Obviously then I would like share with you something different recipes in this week particularly.And You know in this rainy season I want to try only easy and tasty recipe which takes very little time to prepare. So I would like to share the most easiest recipe for a meal which is nothing but The Jeera Rice.Its aroma just like heaven and it goes awesome with any type of curries.But mostly I like to taste with some paneer gravy or non-veg curries.To prepare jeera rice I like to use little ginger paste & Coriander leaves for adding more flavour.
