Classic Cheese Salad   Ingredients 1. Lettuce : 4-6 cups, chopped 2. Tomatoes : 2 medium, diced 3. Cucumber : 1 medium, sliced 4. Red Onion : 1/2 medium, thinly sliced 5. Cheese : 1/2 cup, shredded (optional) 6. Dressing : 2 tbsp, vinaigrette or creamy 7. Olive Oil : 1 tsp  8. Cubed Paneer  : 2 tbsp 9. Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp  10. Chat Masala   : 1/2 tsp  Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, cubed Paneer and thinly sliced red onion. 2. Shredded cheese (if using) over the top. 3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine. 4. Sprinkle Olive oil , Chat Masala & Lemon Juice  5.Serve immediately and enjoy! Variations 1. Origin story about Raita is very little. Basically the word Raita is coming from the Sanskrit word Rajika. Rajika defines black mustard .
