Classic Cheese Salad 

Ingredients


1. Lettuce: 4-6 cups, chopped
2. Tomatoes: 2 medium, diced
3. Cucumber: 1 medium, sliced
4. Red Onion: 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
5.Cheese: 1/2 cup, shredded (optional)
6.Dressing : 2 tbsp, vinaigrette or creamy
7.Olive Oil : 1 tsp 
8.Cubed Paneer : 2 tbsp
9. Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp 
10.Chat Masala : 1/2 tsp 

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, cubed Paneer and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Shredded cheese (if using) over the top.
3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Sprinkle Olive oil , Chat Masala & Lemon Juice 
5.Serve immediately and enjoy!

Variations
1. Greek Salad : Add feta cheese, olives, and a sprinkle of oregano.
2. Spinach Salad: Replace lettuce with baby spinach leaves and add sliced strawberries and feta cheese.
3. Caprese Salad: Layer sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
