Today Sharing my Kitchen Moment with Green Tea & its benefits.
We all know that tea has been cultivated in India for centuries and it is certainly the beverage of choice of millions of Indians . For most of us , the morning doesn't really start without a hot cup of tea but for me good night never happens if I don't take a sip of green tea with my favourite lavender flavour .

Assorted flavours contain Earl Grey which is very strong & aromatic in flavours , English Breakfast which is Bright & Single Region Tea in flavour and Pure Green Tea , as I mentioned before . All the flavours are quite natural & healthy to make my Day & Night relaxing.
