On that moment I decided to try it anyway. Finally I got a chance to do it. But one thing is common for me without My personal touch it seems not good. So I changed the recipe little. Lassi | Traditional Yogurt Drink | A Summer Special Drink

Lassi a traditional yogurt drink which is very popular in India. If you ask about origin then Punjab is the answer. Punjab is such a lovely city of food that most of the foods are so famous from Punjab only. Lassi can be made in various ways... you can make it with simple ingredients such as sugar& yogurt. In my quick recipe list Quick Fried rice, Quick chicken curry or Quick Paneer recipe and one Salads are always special. But in case of Sweets or desserts you have to be patience because to make any sweets dish you have to think about the time also. Within short period you have to prepare it with all the available sweets ingredients otherwise it cannot be possible. Today I prepared a kids special Jelly. According to Definition - Jelly means a soft semisolid food substance with resilient consistency,made by the setting of a liquid containing gelatin or by addition of gelatin to a liquid, especially such a substance made of fruit juice containing pectin boiled with sugar - Source .  Jelly is very common name in Kids choice. Nowadays Jelly is easily available in market place too. But anything if you make it at your home its much better. Because you do not know that mineral water or any good brands are using or not! That is very important. So always try to prepare at home. Specially for kids. So as per my son Jelly is under the top list of Foods. So I took the chance to prepare at home. Mysore Pak (SNC EVENT- Its a Challenge !!!)

Hello Dears as SNC has organised a Learning event for all of us, in other way its a challenge for North Vs South . So I am excited very much about this. So there is no reason to ignore it. So I have done it. Yes I have done it . "Mysore Pak " , One of my Favorite recipe from Karnataka . Today I tried and I succeed also. Thanks To Divya Pramil for Organising such a lovely Event. And Of course another Thanks goes to Divya Prakash  from whom I come to know that How to make Mysore Pak? She explained it nicely with images. Thanks to Both Of you. Rasgulla

Today is a very special day for all bengali Son-in-law.In bengali this is called Jamai Shasthi.
