Chana Paayesh | Paneer Pudding

A typical Dessert with Milk and Chana, which I come to know from one of the greatest chef of India name Sanjeev Kapoor. He is my one of the favorite chef also. Very often I try his fabulous recipes from his book or TV show. Thanks to Sanjeev Kapoor. So this dessert I try out with all my effort and it comes out perfectly. Now this is the time to sharing with you. Hope you will like it too.






Chana Paayesh | Paneer Pudding


Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Crumbled Chana or Paneer
  • 1 Cup Sugar Powder
  • 5-6 Threads Saffron
  • 5-6 Green Cardamoms
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
Method :
  • Boil Milk with sugar powder.
  • Let it be little thick.
  • Grind cardamom and Saffron with 2 tbsp sugar. It will make the perfect powder.
  • Now add powdered cardamom and saffron mix into the boiled milk.
  • Add chana or paneer and cook for 5 mins.
  • Pour into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 mins. in convection mode.
  • Let it be cool and then keep it into  fridge.
  • Serve chill with chopped pista or almonds.

Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy. Same to same Awadhi cuisine or Lucknow cuisine has their own specialty too. In maximum cases they are cooking in Dum Puckt style foods means cooking will be done in a big hundi with a lid including all the spices but in low flame.   Om Ganeshaya Namah In Hindu religion there are so many deities are worshipped . All though they are very much different from one god to other goddess. From the ancient age we Hindu are devotee and cultural by nature . We love to worship, we love to pray and obviously we love to do all good things for our wish fulfill. Somehow we all know that Lord Ganesha is our one of the most worshipped deity in Hindu religion. He is worshipped at first of all Goddess too.
