Ingredients :
- Atta or Whole wheat flours 1 cup
- Beasan or Bengal Gram flours 1 cup.
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tbsp.
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 and 1/2 tsp.
- Red chili powder 1 tsp.
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Curd 1/2 cup.
- Salt to taste.
- Carom seeds 1 tsp.
- Oil 1 tbsp.
- Butter 6 tsp.
Method :
- Mix All the ingredients except Butter nicely.
- Add little water and mix well.
- Make a dough with that mixture.
- Form 5 balls from the dough.
- Make round shape by Your Hands only from each of the ball.[As much you can]
- Heat tawa and roast the both sides of the Roti.
- After roasting add little Butter and shallow fry until brown in color.
- Now Missi Roti is ready to serve.
- Serve with Salads and any Paneer Gravy as well with Vegetables Curry.
