Corsican Rice | Scandinavian Rice | International Rice

Good evening to all of you. Today I am sharing another easy and quick rice recipe. This is an International recipe. And I hope that you will love it definitely. Its really a Hit one in my Kitchen. This Scandinavian  delicacy is now at your kitchen too. So,before sharing the rice recipe want to Thank Etv Bangla cooking show. From this TV show I come to know about this recipe. I tried out and it was just awesome. For more information I must say that its a Healthy rice recipe too. Because as per ingredients there are so many healthy ingredients which I added. I did it in the microwave and gas stove for both ways. So cooking procedure is up to you. So for any party it will be a great option for you. Its really a must try recipe with few ingredients.  Now check out this recipe ...






Ingredients :

Basmati Rice 2 cups. Soaked for half an hour.
Capsicum 2 medium size cut into thin slice.
Sweet Corn kernels 2 cups boiled.
Button Mushrooms boiled and cut into halves.
Spring Onion 2 cups chopped.
White Pepper powder 3 tbsp full.
Butter 4 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Sugar to taste.

[For Microwave Measurement : 1 cup Rice = 1 & 1/2 Cup ]

Method :

Cook rice in Microwave mode for 18 mins.            
Tip : Give 30 mins standing time after rice cooking in microwave.
Heat pan with 3 tbsp butter.
Add Mushrooms and Sweet corns and saute for sometimes.
Add 1/2 sliced capsicum and saute again.
Add white pepper and fry little.
Add salt and sugar to taste.
Add rest of the capsicums.
Add rice and mix well gently.
Sprinkle spring onions and butter.
Serve warm rice with any side dishes.
