So Hot Today. Is not it? So in this summer what is the better option if you are drinking Fresh Real Juice! In summer usually I prefer fresh Real Juice of Fruits. Orange is very liked fruit of my son. Ice Cream a frozen dessert . Who does not love to have it? Basically ice cream is a combination of Milk and Cream. So Milk and Cream are the main ingredients of Ice Cream. But nowadays there are so much variations of ice creams are available in the market too. So you can create many flavors of ice cream using artificial colors and flavors too. It is a creamy and cool dessert . And absolutely perfect for the summer season too. I am not a die heart ice cream lover but as litchi is my favorite fruit so I could not resist myself to try one litchi flavor ice cream for this summer. My son is also die heart fan of this litchi flavor ice cream. It is very easy to prepare also. Again feeling so hot and quench. Its really like a tiredness during summer when you have to go out at any cost. So how cool you will feel after coming at home, when a cool drink is ready for you? Masala Chaas or Spicy Buttemilk whatever you say, a favorite drink in this summer . A tasty beverage which is popular for its digestive reason. Means this drink has its own value. Whenever you had some rich foods after take one glass of Buttermilk and it will help you to digest the rich foods. Its a healthy and tasty drink and my favorite too. In summer one of my favourite summer drink is Sweet Lime Soda. Though I love it in any season. Still it has another special significant when its summer. Sweet Lime Soda is now a most popular drink in any city. In any shopping mall soda hub is one of the popular stall where you can see a vast selling of sweet lime soda. Sweet lime soda is a combination of Lime & Soda. A pure refreshing drink for everyone. If you ask about nutritional facts about sweet lime soda, then it is not a secret part that lime is a good source of Vitamin C & it enhances the taste & freshness of any recipe if you add it. In summer it is a big seller vegetable with high price too. But what's the matter of prices for a healthy food. Lassi | Traditional Yogurt Drink | A Summer Special Drink

Lassi a traditional yogurt drink which is very popular in India. If you ask about origin then Punjab is the answer. Punjab is such a lovely city of food that most of the foods are so famous from Punjab only. Lassi can be made in various ways... you can make it with simple ingredients such as sugar& yogurt. If you ask about Indian dessert then one thing is very sure that you have no choice... oops I mean to say there are so many variety of Indian dessert that you are unable to choice which one is Best.Really its true 100%. Its summer time and that means again a season for water and fruit juice. Similarly a time for Watermelons. A fresh watermelon contains 6% sugar and 92% water by its weight. A good source of water so it can quench one's thirst too. Above all watermelon is a good source of Vitamins and Minerals too. It contains Vitamin C and a huge amount of Potassium and lycopene . Litchi Milk Shake | Summer Drinks

Summer is on the way. A season of  Hot and Sticky weather. Season  for drinking lots of liquids. So in this season I basically prefer to take more waters, juices,cold shakes of various kind... It is really very necessary to all the people to maintain themselves physically fit as well as to take protections when going outside. As hit will take out all the humidity from the body and as a result man will become tired and exhausted . And lack of water brings disaster in people's life like dehydration ..Which is very dangerous disease I think so. So stay cool in the summer season by drinking lots of healthy juices and water. To think of it yesterday I prepare one milk shake with litchi crush... it was really a tasty and healthy drink I ever made. My family liked very much. Basically I am not a fruity person . In fruits I like only some countable fruits. Litchi is in my list. I love Litchi.So I prepare this healthy cool drinks... Hope you will enjoy too...
