Hi Everyone tonight I am excited very much ..... as going to share one of my most desired recipe in my blog, but if you ask me , choices could be a challenge for myself .......as there is huge variations of my culinary experiments which are my all time favourite , and muffin was one of them ....... finally successful to share with you recipe of home made muffins ! Though more have to come in future, but this is special as first time done by me .......  Waiting for a long time ....... this Chocolate Muffin is too kid friendly or as a tea time snacks that nobody can resist from this ...... I may conclude that this would become my regular menu fav also ....... feelling wonder !! You are right , you can store these muffins for a few days ...... Friends, after a short brake I am back. Before two days I went to Kanyakumari once again. This time with my Parents. Trip was very nice. Covered all the the places at Kanyakumari. So on those days I could not post  anything. Its the time for a new post. So I decided to post one cake recipe. A vegetarian cake which I did not include before. Friends I know that very well still you all are in festive moods... because an another festive occasion is in your doorstep. This is none other than Pongal a festival from South India.And I must say that Chennai is my another home town . From past 2 and 1/2 years I am living here. Its a gift from me to my family to do something Very special in this Christmas season. And truly I am Satisfied. I am Happy to feel that My Family Liked it.. For kids its healthy too. Dear all , for a long period I was trying to share you one Cake or Dessert recipes. As you have followed that there is no post about Cake and Bake label.
