Butter Chocolate Cookies

Festive Bell is ringing all over the World.Every where twinkleling lights and all the Pine Trees are full with the snows.Can you See!!! Something very special is coming to us.So,Today is the recipe for Christmas Festive. Its very new to me. Because for the first time I tried to make Cookies. Home made Cookies. Its a gift from me to my family to do something Very special in this Christmas season. And truly I am Satisfied. I am Happy to feel that My Family Liked it.. For kids its healthy too. Because I used Multi grain wheat flour, Butter,Cashew and eggs. I think its a perfect combination for healthy Cookies.So keep goes with the Recipe now...


Ingredients :

Multi Grain wheat Flour 2 cups
Butter 1 cup
Choco Chips 1/2 cup
Egg White 1
Vanilla Essence 1 and 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Sugar Dust 1 cup
Dry Fruits Powder
Method :

Mix melted butter with sugar dust with hand or hand mixer until light.
Add vanilla essence and egg white. Beat thoroughly .
Add Baking powder and flour gradually.
Add dry fruit powders, choco chip  and make a dough.(if dough is too soft, chill until it stiffen little.)
Shape or Cut dough into your choice.
Preheat oven.
Grease Baking tray with butter.
Sprinkle little wheat flour.
Place the cookies and bake for 25 mins.
Let the cookies cool and harden.
Store in air tight containers.
