Avocado Banana Smoothie | A Healthy Drink

Ingredients 1. 2 ripe bananas 2. 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 3. 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice 4. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 6. Sliced Almonds  7. Ice cubes (optional) Instructions 1. In a blender, combine bananas, avocado, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie. 4. Pour into glasses. 5. Add Sliced Almonds and serve immediately. Tips 1. Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness. 2. Adjust almond milk quantity for desired thickness. 3. Add spinach or protein powder for extra nutrition. 4. Experiment with cinnamon, nutmeg, or cocoa powder for different flavors. Always My morning starts with few valuable thoughts from healthy mind , healthy drink & healthy foods ! Sitting quite is not just a habit but a practice which creates lots of energy to make my day special .  As we know good food good mood ! Similarly Detox water enhances the power of healthy mind .Detoxification is such type of a purification which empowers lots of health benefits like Hydration , Nutrients Boost & Low calorie beverage . There are many therapeutic detox waters for generosity.  But I like the forest one . Where I want mix up various rare fruits like few pieces of dragon fruits , slices of kiwi , cranberries, a handful of mint leaves  , slice of English cucumber will be a great choice & fresh sliced Apple !  An overnight infusion of fruits & water is just like a terrified energy booster for the next day throughout.
