In my quick recipe list Quick Fried rice, Quick chicken curry or Quick Paneer recipe and one Salads are always special. But in case of Sweets or desserts you have to be patience because to make any sweets dish you have to think about the time also. Within short period you have to prepare it with all the available sweets ingredients otherwise it cannot be possible. Mysore Pak (SNC EVENT- Its a Challenge !!!)

Hello Dears as SNC has organised a Learning event for all of us, in other way its a challenge for North Vs South . So I am excited very much about this. So there is no reason to ignore it. So I have done it. Yes I have done it . "Mysore Pak " , One of my Favorite recipe from Karnataka . Today I tried and I succeed also. Thanks To Divya Pramil for Organising such a lovely Event. And Of course another Thanks goes to Divya Prakash  from whom I come to know that How to make Mysore Pak? She explained it nicely with images. Thanks to Both Of you. Rasgulla

Today is a very special day for all bengali Son-in-law.In bengali this is called Jamai Shasthi. Gulab Jamun

In my favourite sweet dishes Gulab Jamun is the Favourite one.The red gulab jamun is made using milk based dough and rosewater essence.It is deep fried in oil and soak into sugar syrup to make sweet.Gulab jamun is such a dessert which is used in the major celebration like marriage or any other big occassions.
