Hope you are doing well ! Its too hot weather and stomach is also becoming very choosy I think ! Any spicy rich recipes are not suited for this season . You cannot pass time at kitchen also for long time. So shortcut healthy recipe and simple recipe you should do . I always prefer rice in the summer season. Today I want to share some cool lentils recipe from Bengali kitchen . It is called "laau diye dal". Sometimes we use bottle gourd leaves also to prepare this dal recipe. But here in Bangalore it is not possible to get leaves of bottle gourd so I only use bottle gourd. Very simple recipe and pure vegetarian recipe. It goes very nicely with rice . Here is another spiced dal recipe I am going to share with you. Something spiced , easy and tasty chana dal is always hit in my family. And whenever I am thinking to do any chana dal recipe , my concern is it should be little different than what I made before. Variation is my resource. So here is not an exception. Dal Makhani | North Indian Dal | Restaurant Style

Today sharing Dal Makhani a famous North Indian delicacy. A popular dal recipe which is originated from Punjab. Spicy Red Kidney Bean | Rajma Masala

Rajma Masala a popular north Indian Treats .So this time I prepared one spicy red beans curry. I prepared it with some major spicy ingredients. A specific garam masala and rajma masala which I prepared at home. It will be bit rich and hot. It can goes very well with any paratha,chapathi or naan. To make little sour in taste I used dried mango powder. You can try little tamarind pulp too. And curd I used only after preparation. But my suggestion is whenever you are preparing this recipe make it little tangy and hot in flavor. Dears I am telling you one particular rajma masala.
