Healthy Dal | Vegetables Dal

Today is the recipe for Kids too. Because its so healthy and tasty that kids will love it definitely. For kid its very difficult to feed them. Specially whenever you are trying to feed them something healthy foods.
I have a boy age of 2 and 1/2 years old. I know its very difficult to feed him fruit o any kind of vegetables which are very essential for him.

The age of 2-5 years are very crucial period to make a good food habit for the growing children. Because this is the time to boost their immune system. So its very urgent necessity that try to give your children more and more vegetables every day. One of them should has to be one green leafy vegetables item. Green leafy vegetables helps to purify blood as well as keep bowel system clear. Prevent constipation. You can find more info or nutritional benefits if you follow up those links, I mentioned above.

So today I included one dal recipe with vegetables. I like to prepare it because it makes me easy to feed my son. As I put here all nutritional vegetables in grated way or cut into small small pieces so its very easy to cook and feed with rice or roti/chapati for both. You can serve it without any rice or roti also. It has much more protein (In Red lentils/Masoor dal you will get same value of protein like a fish, means it has same amount of animal protein ) because of dal and other nutritional values because of vegetables. And easy to prepare also. Usually I make it in pressure cooker. That's why it keeps its nutritional value intact too. Of course I must say its tasty also. So back to the recipe .
Here is the ingredients and method for this recipe.

Awadhi Paneer Masala | Lucknow Paneer Masala

Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy. Same to same Awadhi cuisine or Lucknow cuisine has their own specialty too. In maximum cases they are cooking in Dum Puckt style foods means cooking will be done in a big hundi with a lid including all the spices but in low flame. But think as Mughal culture and Lucknow culture are more or less same in their cooking style. Still it has to be some differentiation in some cases. Hope you got to know that why I had given so many lectures about the Awadhi Cooking. Because today I want share one Awadhi special recipe. It's a simple and easy cooking reci

Vegetarian Gourmet Party For New House Warming Ceremony with Kitchen Of India

In Tradition this meal is called Thali . Here thali represents a round platter with small bowls of food items. In M ughal period G ourmet T hali was like that.
