A good source of water so it can quench one's thirst too. Above all watermelon is a good source of Vitamins and Minerals too. It contains Vitamin C and a huge amount of Potassium and lycopene. Vitamin C helps to improve your immune system which is an necessary element for all human beings for these days. Watermelon Juice | Summer Drink

Ingredients
- 500 gms Watermelon
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Cups Soda (Kingfisher Club soda/Laher Soda)
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Chat Masala / Jaljeera / Salad Powder
- 1 twig Pudina / Mint leaves
- Separate seeds from watermelon juice by using Food processor or juicer.
- Add soda and lemon juice to it.
- Pour into serving glass.
- Add sugar and black salt as per your taste buds .
- Sprinkle chat masala or jaljeera powder or Salad Powder.
- Decorate with mint twig.
- Serve chill.
