At first Chinese food was served only as a street foods but nowadays in India there are several Costly Chinese Restaurant is going like hot cake sale. As we know Chinese foods are healthy too.

So friends today sharing one of my famous Chinese recipe Chili Chicken. It is very popular as a side dish. Chili chicken and Fried rice is a nice combo for any party. It can be dry or gravy type as per your choice.
You can use boneless chicken if you are serving it with gravy and serve boned when it dried or snacks. In my recipe as per my choice I followed really some easy method hope you will like this quick Chinese recipe.

Easy Chili Chicken Recipe | Chinese Recipe

Ingredients
- 500gm Boneless Chicken pcs
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 3 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 Medium size Green Capsicum Cubes
- 1 Big Size Onion cut into Cubes
- 2 Green Chili Chopped
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 4 tbsp Spring Onion chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder
- Marinate chicken pieces with 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp ginger paste ,1 tbsp garlic paste & paprika powder for 30 mins.
- Mix 1 tbsp cornflour in 2 eggs.Beat well both..add little salt.
- Heat oil in a pan .
- Deep chicken pcs into the egg batter and deep fry until golden red color.
- Keep aside.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add onion cubes and fry looks clear .
- Add rest of the ginger paste and garlic paste.
- Add green chili and capsicum cubes and saute for a while until a capsicum flavor comes out.
- Now add tomato sauce, chili sauce,soy sauce and vinegar consecutively and mix well.
- Add salt to taste.
- Mix rest of the corn flour into warm water and pour it into the cooked vegetables and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Now add fried chicken and again cook for 2 min.
- Sprinkle spring onion give a standing time.
- Serve with warm fried rice.
