Cut Idli in pieces & Deep fry until golden red in colour ... sprinkle rock salt & pepper powder on top of Idli...

Mix all salads ingredients like onion , tomato , cucumber , coriander leaves , lemon juice & a pinch of salt . Add lemon sauce which is available in market place , I have bought from IKEA ... mix well , sprinkle oregano powder, chili flakes ...

Serve chilled salads with fried Idli...
