Cut paneer into cubes , make a paste of onion and cashew , heat oil in frying pan , add bay leave , 1/2 tsp chopped garlic , add onion , cashew paste , saute for a while , add 1 tsp kasoori methi , saute a for a while , add 1 cup milk & 1/2 cup water , mix well , add paneer cubes , add salt according to taste , add a pinch of garam Masala powder , bring it into boil , it will be a thick gravy , cover with a lid for 2 mins .
Serve hot with Roti , Rice or Paratha accompanied with mirchi pickle ...
