Burnt Garlic Fried Rice | Chinese Fried Rice

Friends after a long time I am posting One Chinese recipe. Chinese Dish is one of My family choice at all. Usually in our locality there is a Chinese restaurant name Cascade. Its our favorite one restaurant also. An authentic Chinese flavor you can get in this restaurant too. And they are providing a good service to there customers also. A lovely restaurant with lovely decoration too. I love this one. And about there Chinese foods I must say just awesome.
This is also good news about any Chinese food is that Chinese Foods are really a healthy foods.In any kind of Chinese dishes some ingredients are very common and these are Soy sauce,Vinegar,Garlic,Tomato or Chili sauce,Spring Onions,sometimes ginger etc etc. Today sharing one burnt garlic flavor Chinese Fried rice. In this rice you will get some flavor of garlic which is some burnt garlic flavors. It goes with any kind of Chinese side dish. Try this Hope you will like it. Burnt Garlic Chinese Fried Rice

Recipe by Nabanita Das
Prep time: 30 mins
Cook time: 12-15 mins


Ingredients
  • 2 cups Basmati Rice (soak for 1/2 an hour)
  • 5-6 Garlic Pods(finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp White spring onions(finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Green spring Onions(finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Carrots chopped small cubes
  • 1/3 Cup French Beans chopped in small size
  • 1 tbsp White pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp White oil
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
  1. Boil soaked Rice.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.(non-stick)
  3. Add chopped garlic let it fry until a burnt flavor comes out.
  4. Add white spring onion saute a little.
  5. Add Vegetables carrots and beans and fry for sometimes.
  6. Add Soy sauce and vinegar gradually and saute it.
  7. Add rice and fry and fry but with care otherwise rice can be broken.
  8. Sprinkle white pepper powder. 
  9. Add green spring onions and Sprinkle salt to taste mix well.
  10. Now again fry a little and serve with any Chinese side dish.
