It's almost lunch time !! Today going to share one more Thali as per my choice !! Though it is not from any specific regional at all ..... but much Healthy and Tasty Thali if you ask me about !! My suggestion will be this mini Thali which takes very less time to prepare by keeping its nutritional values intact . But it must be a lunch option as it contains Shawrsho/ Sarson Saag (Mustard Green Leaves) .

There are many recipes of shawrsho / sarson saag from Punjab region , they usually consider this saag as a sabji and have this with chapathi . But here I am not following punjabi version , My recipe goes with rice perfectly . So let's take a look over the recipe .....

Sawrsho Saag / Sarson Saag

Sawrsho Saag | Sarson Saag :
Ingredients :
1 bunch Sawrsho Saag / Sarson Saag cut and wash
Chopped Onion 1 big
Chopped Garlic Pods 15
Grated Ginger 1 tsp
1 Chopped Tomato big
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chili 2 / 3
Red Chili 2
Mustard oil 4 tbsp
Lime Juice 1 tbsp
Method :
Grind Shawrsho / Sarson Saag , Onion , Garlic Pods, Ginger , Tomato , Green Chili in a mixer.
Heat mustard oil in a Pan .
Add Red Chili , when it starts to splutter .
Add the grinding paste in pan.
Add cumin , red chili powder and coriander powder .
Saute for 10 - 15 minutes until oil comes out .
Add lime juice.
Switch off the gas .
While serving add little mustard oil , mix and serve .
A complete healthy meal is ready for your lunch.
