Fish Kabab & French Fry Salad With Meal | Easy Platter | Non-Veg Thali

 A late Night Post ! Sometimes you bound to post at mid - night also, Am I right ! When you have a lot of work pressures and you cant continue your passion , You have to wait for late night post also to respect your passion !But I like late night post as Outside is too quiet , a perfect time for your passions like writing , reading and sometimes sketching or painting !! Usually love to watch movie also in weekends with my Son, but tonight somehow could not manage too watch movie so thought how it would be if like to share one special post like Thali with few variety !!

A short cut meal which is much needed whenever you feel tired but at the same time you need some tasty and delicious foods . So here I am to share with you one mini meal which takes very less time to prepare but your taste buds cannot resist to have it once you prepare Thali. Though this is not from any specific region , but I am sure you will love this ...... Enough introduction , now time to share Thali menu which include -----------------------------

  • Plain Rice with Basmati 
  • Dal Fry 
  • French Fry Salads 
  • Fish Kabab 
  • Curds or Raita

Now take a look on the recipes of FRENCH FRY SALADS & FISH KABAB .

FRENCH FRY SALADS : 

INGREDIENTS :

1 cup French Fry pcs. 
1/2 cup chopped onion 
1/2 cup chopped carrots 
1/2 cup chopped beetroot 
1/2 cup chopped cucumber 
1/2 cup chopped tomato  
chopped coriander leaves 
chopped green chili 
1 tsp lime juice
Black salt to taste 
2 pinch red chili powder 


Preparation :
Mixed all ingredients of French Fry Salads in a bowl . Refrigerate & Serve chill with Thali .

Fish Kabab :

INGREDIENTS :

2 cups Smashed Bhetki Fish (boiled after removing thorns )
2 tbsp Onion paste 
2 tbsp garlic paste 
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp green chili paste
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 cup Bengal Gram Lentils or Chana Dal (boiled & grind)
Salt to taste 
Ghee 2 tbsp 
Oil for Deep Fry 

Roasted Spices : 1 tbsp

Long 
Black paper 
Green cardamom 
Cinnamon stick
Javetri 
Mace 
Cumin seeds

Meetha Atar & Rose Water (Optional)

Preparation | Method :

  • Apply Ghee on your palm to avoid stickiness .
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl according to the measurements .
  • Make shapes like  Kabab of 6 to 8 pcs.
  • Refrigerate for 1//2 an hour to set .
  • Heat oil in a fry Pan .
  • Deep fry kabab 
Usually you should not deep fry kabab , actual process is to roast in tawa with time . To save time , Deep frying or you can roast at 220 degree in Microwave oven after preheating oven for 10 min. 

  • Soak excess oil with tissue papers .
  • Kabab is ready to serve with Thali .
Finally arrange Thali/ Platter as per your choice and Serve Immediately .
