Marinate Boneless Chicken (500 gm )with Lemon juice , 1 tbsp Curd , 1 tsp Jeera Powder , 1 tsp Pepper powder , 4 tbsp Olive oil and Salt . Marinate for 1/2 an hour . Cook Rice (500 gm ). Heat white oil for seasoning . Add 3 tbsp cumin seeds , chopped green chili . Let it splutter . Add & mix seasoning in Rice bowl with lots of chopped coriander leaves & salt . Mix well and serve in a bowl with roasted Chicken accompanied with thick curd sprinkled with red chili powder .
