As soon as the school bell rings , signaling the end of the day, Kidos will rush home, eager to indulge in their favorite evening snack. And, more often than not, their go-to snack will be most interesting if the snack is like Veggie Mayo Garlic Bread Toast .
They loved how the crispy bread melted in their mouths, coated with a creamy mayo sauce, and bursting with flavors of garlic, three colors bellpapers , and melted mozzarella cheese. The addition of scrambled cottage cheese, oregano, and chilli flakes gave it an extra kick that they just couldn't get enough of.

Veggie Mayo Garlic Bread Toast Recipe :
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Garlic bread
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of three colors bellpapers (green, red, yellow), sliced
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup of scrambled cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your toaster or toaster oven to toast the bread until lightly browned.
2. Mix mayo and garlic in a bowl.
3. Spread the mayo-garlic sauce on toasted bread.
4. Top with sliced three colors bellpapers , shredded mozzarella cheese, and scrambled cottage cheese.
5. Sprinkle dried oregano and chilli flakes on top.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Grill or Air Fry for 3 mins .
8. Serve and enjoy!
