Avocado Banana Smoothie | A Healthy Drink

Ingredients 1. 2 ripe bananas 2. 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 3. 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice 4. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 6. Sliced Almonds  7. Ice cubes (optional) Instructions 1. In a blender, combine bananas, avocado, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie. 4. Pour into glasses. 5. Add Sliced Almonds and serve immediately. Tips 1. Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness. 2. Adjust almond milk quantity for desired thickness. 3. Add spinach or protein powder for extra nutrition. 4. Experiment with cinnamon, nutmeg, or cocoa powder for different flavors.
