Here's a simple and delicious recipe that combines paneer, capsicum, potato, onion, green chili, and tomato:
Ingredients
- 250 gm paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into small cubes
- 1 large capsicum (bell pepper), sliced
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Curd
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil or butter, for sautéing
Instructions
1. Take oil or butter in a pan or you can add later on also .
2. Add chopped potato , paneer .
3. Add green chilies, diced tomatoes, sliced capsicum and diced potato and mix well .
4. Add some spices like Kasuri Methi & Ginger Garlic paste , curds , cumin powder, coriander powder, roasted powder or garam masala to give it an extra flavor boost.
5. Cover & Cook until they're soft and mushy.
6. Season with salt to taste.
7. Serve hot with rice, roti, or naan.
Tips :
- Adjust the amount of green chilies according to your desired level of spiciness.
- You can also add some fresh cilantro for garnish.
