What is Meditation ? How to Meditate !

Meditation is a method of supreme communication . In simple language , Meditation is total ending of the restless thought-stream of the mind .  Meditation is the gateway to obtain cosmic energy and cosmic intelligence that surrounds us. 

Meditation means making our mind 'empty from waste thoughts' . We have tremendous capability of receiving cosmic energy and cosmic informaion surrounding us . This leads to good health and absolute clarity in thought process , leading to a joyous life . Meditation enriches us to receive Kingdom of Spiritual Wisdom and revolutionizes our spiritual growth

With regular and deep practice , we can reach altered states of consciousness or higher frequencies and experience bliss quite naturally .

While sitting in meditation , think over the following and try to experience and draw power from each thought . 

Suggested Thoughts For Meditation : There are many thoughts to strengthen & control our mind . 

Thought can be like these also : 

"I became aware of myself as a soul ... a point source of light in the centre of the forehead ... my thoughts move beyond the body ... beyond the bodily world ... up to a region of immense light ... there is peace of silence ... this is my Home ... "

"I find myself in the presence of Shiva Baba . Baba a spark of light , radiating the ocean of Light ... I absorb light within myself ... Baba , the ocean of Peace ... I feel the waves of peace ... soothing ... cooling ...calming the soul ... my natural state is that of peace ..."

Meditation can help us to : 


regain a deep state of inner peace .

renew our perspectives .

cope during stressful time .

restore our innate creative capacity .

enhance inner stability .

tap into unlimited power flow .

strengthen the will power to change habits . 

And finally empower our soul reality .


There is a Powerful Mantra for Soul : "Be Kind To Your Mind. " Everyone , Anytime , Anywhere .

"Breath In & Breath Out " is the action of Meditation or Raj Yoga

"Sit Comfortably " to catch the Cosmic power of Supreme Soul

Helpful Methods For The Day :

At Night - As the last thoughts at night , so the first thoughts in the morning . Before going to sleep , if thoughts are linked , through the meditation , to the Supreme , then the peace , calmness and stillness will remain in sleep . 


On Rising : The First thoughts in the morning provide the foundation for the day . By rising just a few minutes earlier than usual and through meditation receiving the power of Supreme , the soul can make the day pass with ease , lightness and a loveful attitude
