Chicken Kampuchea | An Indochina Recipe

Friends, this evening I am sharing an special chicken recipe. This is really a nice combo with any Rice or Chapathi. A Restaurant style chicken delicacy which I came to know from a TV cookery show. I liked that one. After watching on TV show I tried it in my Kitchen. And I must say that this was just awesome. A really different kind of recipe .In one of the Family party I tried and everybody liked it. It was a great Hit. Thanks to Zee Bangla for their lovely cookery show. So I want that you all try this one too. Hope you will love it. Now Chicken Kampuchea a spicy Indochina Chicken Curry is waiting for you.





Ingredients :

Chicken Pcs 500 gm.
Boiled Onion Paste 1/2 cup.
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Coriander Finely chopped 1 cup.
Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
Cumin Powder 1 tsp.
Cashew Paste 4-5 tbsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.
Fresh Yogurt 1 cup.
Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp.
Milk 1 cup.
Green Cardamom 2.
Cloves 2.
Cinnamon 1 inch.
Brown Onion 1/2 cup.
Salt to taste.
Sugar to taste.
Mustard Oil 5 tbsp.

Method :

Mix Onion paste,Ginger-Garlic paste,Garam masala powder,Cumin powder,Turmeric powder,1/2 tbsp Kashmiri Chili powder,Cashew paste, Little chopped Coriander ,Mustard oil 1 tbsp,Yogurt, Salt and sugar in a bowl.
Marinate Chicken with this mixture for 1/2 an hour.Keep it into the Fridge.
Heat rest of the oil in a Frying Pan.
Add Cinnamon,Cloves,Green cardamom and Kashmiri red chili powder.
Next add Marinated chicken and cook until spices and chicken cooked half done.
Pour milk and mix well and cook for sometimes.
When gravy cooked nicely add brown onion and chopped Coriander leaves.
Cover with a lid for sometimes.
Now chicken kampuchea is ready to serve.
Serve with warm plain rice as well as chapathi.
