A typical Dessert with Milk and Chana, which I come to know from one of the greatest chef of India name Sanjeev Kapoor . He is my one of the favorite chef also. Very often I try his fabulous recipes from his book or TV show. Thanks to Sanjeev Kapoor . So this dessert I try out with all my effort and it comes out perfectly. This evening sharing a Paneer recipe. Paneer Tikka a famous starters in any Indian Occasion or Party. But now at your Home Party. A special Paneer Tikka without onion garlic and ginger. Still its taste is just awesome. I got this recipe from one of my favorite cooking show. Thanks to E-Tv Bangla. I was thinking from long back that one dry Paneer Tikka I should try but it must be little different obviously. At last I got it. So I tried and got appreciation from my Family too. May be You tried something else but not that one ! So try this out too. Trust me you will like it .

Today sharing a Bengal touch Spinach curry. This spinach curry is very common in any Bengali house. In everyday menu its very healthy and tasty vegetables combination with plain rice.Its very simple to prepare also. I got this recipe from My Mom . Thank You Mom . I only like to prepare it in authentic way. In this spinach curry one kind of urad dal vada which is said " Bori " in Bengali, and a special whole spice * " Paanch-Foron " bring more flavor in this dish. So a nutritious healthy vegetables curry from bengal kitchen is serving for you. Now check this healthy and easy recipe. *Paanch-Foron consists of five spices. Radhuni (another bengal spice) is the better substitutes of Mustard seeds.

Friends, this evening I am sharing an special chicken recipe. This is really a nice combo with any Rice or Chapathi. A Restaurant style chicken delicacy which I came to know from a TV cookery show . I liked that one. After watching on TV show I tried it in my Kitchen. And I must say that this was just awesome. A really different kind of recipe .In one of the Family party I tried and everybody liked it. It was a great Hit. Thanks to Zee Bangla for their lovely cookery show. Friends I know that very well still you all are in festive moods... because an another festive occasion is in your doorstep. Friends today I want to share one pure vegetarian recipe. A Dum Aaloo or Dum Potato Recipe. Origin wise me actually a non -Vegetarian but within a week for 4 days I only take vegetarian foods that means no chicken,meat,egg even onion and garlic too. So this is the recipe in same way where I did not use any onion and garlic. So this is the preparation of Pure veg you can say .  This preparation is very easy and tasty too. Little spicy gravy goes very nice with any kind of Paratha or Chapathi. It gives little tangy flavour also.  It goes very well with Bengali style Luchi even . In Bengal there was a myth that Sunday breakfast means luchi only ....... still there is some families who keep on maintaining this tradition ..... for them this is a must try preparation ......  So hope all will love this recipe... Did you ever go Rajasthan? For me the answer is No. But Trust me I am very eager to go there. Just waiting for my Son's growing up. As there is so many places like Palace,Killa and many more which are very exciting for kids too.  So Hope after 2 years we are going to Visit Rajasthan. So Today sharing a purely Vegetable Pulao. Jodhpuri Pulao enriched with the flavor of Rajasthan,Dried fruits and Fresh Vegetables. Little sweet in taste . A perfect party choice for Vegetarian. Yesterday, I had prepared one Sweet item. Its extremely mouthwatering, tempting for any Home party. In my House its always happens. That means surprising guests are always coming. But I am Happy to Welcome them. So may be all the time you were not ready to make something for them. But nothing will be mess up if most of the ingredients are available in your kitchen. In my quick recipe list Quick Fried rice, Quick chicken curry or Quick Paneer recipe and one Salads are always special. But in case of Sweets or desserts you have to be patience because to make any sweets dish you have to think about the time also. Within short period you have to prepare it with all the available sweets ingredients otherwise it cannot be possible. That's the reason this Carrot Barfi is very regular and ready sweets for quick service.Its quite easy and quicker recipe to make some worthy sweets for my Guests. So choice is up to you.
