Healthy Snacks | Summer Special Salad

What will be the best snacks in this itching summer? I think salad is the best snacks to reduce the body hit. Raw salads is something which can cool down the body temperature. It helps to keep fresh for a long day.
For every human beings it is very important to avoid any spicy & oily dishes. And they should avoid those dishes which increase body temperature too. Such as Onion,garlic,ginger and many more.But it is another good info for any diet that every food has its own good & bad effects which depends on their uses. Means Onion itself produce hits when it is cooked but when it is eating as raw vegetables then it helps to cool your body. Same as before each & every food has their own values which depends how you are taking it?

This is the reason today is sharing some summer special tasty & healthy snacks for all of you. A Raw salad recipe which is very perfect for this Hot summer days. A summer cool salads which contains a maximum level of Vitamin & Minerals. A combination of chana,peas,lentils & vegetables. Sounds great right. For a perfect healthy diet these all are very essential combination. I believe this is really an interesting snack which will be very much popular in kids too. But for kids you can avoid chili along only. Try this at in this summer.  A simple healthy recipe for for healthy life...




Healthy Snacks | Summer Special Salad

Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 5 mins

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Bengal Chana (small chickpeas)(soaked)
  • 1/2 Cup Green Moong Lentils (soaked)
  • 1/2 Cup Green peas (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Corn (boiled)
  • 1 medium size Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium size Tomato chopped finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 pinch Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2-3 pinch Black pepper powder
Cooking Directions
  1. Add all the ingredients one by one.
  2. Mix well and put it into fridge for sometimes.
  3. Serve chill.
