Chicken Cafreal | Goan Recipe

Now over to My Recipe. Today sharing a Traditional Goan Recipe . This is an Fantastic Chicken preparation which I prefer to do in any occasion . Its really a special chicken recipe. And I must say that Its a typical Restaurant style preparation in Taste and Looks. A Goan Chicken Delicacy which is mostly prepared with the leg portion chicken pieces. So it is called The Goan Tandoori Chicken. But Friends for me I cook this recipe as a whole chicken preparation means , I consider not only the leg pieces. With this preparation any kind of Fried Rice going very well. Chapathi or Parathas are also very accompanied with this Chicken Recipe. Its an easy and quick recipe for your Family. Ingredients :

Chicken Pieces 500 gm.
Onion Chopped in chopped slice.
Coriander Leaves 2 cups.
Green Chili 2-3.
Ginger 1 inch.
Garlic 7-9
Malt Vinegar 2 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Oil 4 tbsp.

Roast and Grind
Cumin seeds 2 tbsp.
Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp.
Green Cardamom 3.
Cinnamon Stick 1 inch 2.
Black Pepper 2 tbsp.

Method :

Soak Coriander Leaves,Green chili,Ginger and Garlic in Malt Vinegar.
Grind it into a mixture and make a Paste.
Marinate Chicken with the Paste and Roasted spices for 1/2 an hour.
Fry onion slice till it is brown.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add marinated Chicken and cook until it is cooked.
Sprinkle brown onion .
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve with Warm Rice.
