A delicious juicy mouthwatering recipe keeps you always tempted for more & more. Thinking to share for long time , got the chance as prepared in my kitchen few days back . If you dont have microwave, you can make in tawa also . Serve with Green Chutney & salads , accompanying soup will be another tempting serving option . So dearies take a look on the recipe .......
Ingredients :
- Boneless Chicken cut into small pcs. - 250 gm
- Yellow & Green Capsicums , cut into cube pcs .
- Ginger Paste 2 Tbsp
- Garlic Paste 3 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar 4 Tbsp
- Cornflour 2 Tsp
- Butter/Oil to Fry
- Dried Kasuri Methi 2 tbsp
- Everest Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
- Curd 1 tbsp
- Red Food Colour (Optional) 1 pinch
Methods :
- Rinse the chicken pcs. very well.
- Keep aside to drain out excess water.
- Add Vinegar,ginger paste,garlic paste,salt(Very little) and cornflour to it.
- Mix all the ingredients like chicken pcs. Capcicum pcs. very well and keep aside to marinate for 2-3 hrs.
- You can add little edible color to bring the color in red.
- After marination arrange the chicken pcs.and marinated vegetables in skewers.
- Preheat micro-oven at 200 degree , set the skewers on the microwave grill/rack , brush butter/oil on the marinated pcs. and grill for 20 minutes. Alter once after 10 minutes .
- Serve Delicious chicken tikka masala with hot soups and salad as a starter.
