Purnima Tagore is the author of this great book.  I tried so many recipe from this book and each of the recipe carries the tradition of Bengali Cuisine. Some authentic recipes from Bangladesh are also included in this book. Specifically this book contains most of the recipes from Tagore family which is very authentic and traditional and famous too.
