10pcs. paneer cube
1 big onion(chopped)
3-4 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 spoon ginger paste
1 big capcicum(chopped)
1 big Tomato (chopped)
1/2 cup milk
3 spoon cashew paste
Garam masala (sahi)
2 spoon butter
grated coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a kadai,fry paneer cubes till light brown color.
Keep aside fried paneer.
After that fry capcicum,onion,ginger paste,tomato and chopped garlic.
put for a while with lid.
While it becomes soft and oil is seperated then add the cashew paste to it.
Add Paneer cubes to it.Then stir it very well,after that add some milk to it.
When it comes to boil,add 1 pinch of sahi garam masala.
And Serve it with some butter and grated coriander leaves.
Serve hot delicious Paneer butter masala .
*** You can try with the same process using Tofu/Soya Paneer also.
