Ajwain Paratha | Carom Seeds Paratha | Caraway Seeds Paratha

Ajwain Paratha somehow its very familiar with every one I think. A strong aroma of ajwain paratha, easily digestive and tasty too. In my childhood my mom very often made this paratha and we were just fond of it.- "Mom now I am preparing too." Someday when i am feeling very lazy to do anything specially cooking , serving this paratha with little mixed pickle and that's all. My family is very happy with this combo. And its really easy to prepare also.

Specifically nutrition value about ajwain is many more. It helps to increase the digestive function and ajwain contains an essential oil name Thymol which is very useful in local anesthetic, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Ajwain seeds are rich in anti-oxident ,vitamin, minerals and fibre too. Source

Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy.
