Egg Roll | Katthi Roll | Kolkata Style

Egg Roll hope you have tried in your style at your home. Because it seems very common name in Snacks items. But today I am going to share Kolkata style Egg Roll Recipe. It is a Famous Street food of Kolkata. How they make I love this procedure very much and nothing to explain that as usual it gives the taste best ever I eat anywhere. Egg Roll is my favorite snack too. Its very filling snack with tangy taste . I am sure your kid will love it for sure.In my childhood whenever I asked for egg roll , my Mom only prefer to give me Homemade Egg Roll Recipe. And from her only i got the idea (but she usually avoided to add any sauces and only gave lemon juice to it)and shared with you all.  If you ask about preparation then I will say not difficult but for the first time you should have little patience and  you will make it.

About nutritional facts , As it is a snack item so do not expect so much nutrition facts from it too. As it contains egg so Animal Protein you will get from it definitely. And little more combination of vegetables you will get from it . So now check out the recipe here...

Yum! Yum! Yum!
When I visited Kolkata last Dec, I ate them at an average once every week, and still didn't feel satiated. And now your post is making me want more. My cousin has a cook who makes the most amazing rolls. She actually stood over the shoulder of some guy making those in the market to learn it, hahaha! Wonderful post.

Awadhi Paneer Masala | Lucknow Paneer Masala

Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy. Same to same Awadhi cuisine or Lucknow cuisine has their own specialty too. In maximum cases they are cooking in Dum Puckt style foods means cooking will be done in a big hundi with a lid including all the spices but in low flame. But think as Mughal culture and Lucknow culture are more or less same in their cooking style. Still it has to be some differentiation in some cases. Hope you got to know that why I had given so many lectures about the Awadhi Cooking. Because today I want share one Awadhi special recipe. It's a simple and easy cooking reci...
