This is the time to eat healthy. So how it will be if healthy food becomes tasty too. Today in my blog post I am sharing such a healthy and tasty chicken recipe. It is a great fun for me when I am trying something healthy with twist. I got this recipe from one of the famous Bengali magazine Sananda. My mom used to do this gravy but in different way like no oil formula. And that was also too good. I changed the recipe a little.Yesterday night I tried it with Chinese fried rice. And the combo was just superb. All of us family members liked it with very comfort. No rich and spicy at all. A full bowl of healthy vegetables are used here with boneless chicken.
A good source of protein like chicken was a main ingredient here. And vegetables which are really healthy like carrots, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, green peas, capsicum contains the good source of vitamins, minerals, iron, and anti-oxidents too. So an enormous healthy ingredients will make you healthy to healthiest but your taste buds will say I am loving it !

Chicken In Vegetables | Easy and Healthy Chicken Recipe
Prep time: 2 hrs
Cook time: 15 mins
Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken boneless small pcs
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 Packet Sweet and sour Instant Soup Powder
- 1 tsp Black peppercorn
- 2 Large Carrots cut into long strips
- 2 Cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup French Bean cut into long pcs.
- 1 large Capsicum cut into round shape
- 1 large Onion cut into round shape
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 4 tbsp White oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Spring onion
- Marinate chicken pcs with yogurt,black pepper powder,lemon juice,salt and 1 tsp garlic paste for 2 hours.
- Mix instant soup powder into 3 cups warm water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Now add marinated chicken pcs and shallow fry until little brown in color,keep aside.
- Meanwhile blanch all the vegetables in hot water.
- Again put oil in the same pan,add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute vegetables for a while.
- Now pour the vegetables & chicken stock and adjust seasoning.
- When stock will start boiling,add fried chicken and sprinkle spring onion.
- Serve with Chinese fried rice.
As chicken in vegetables itself is a healthy dish , so I think A fresh and healthy Sandwich will go very nice with this chicken vegetables preparation. If you want to serve it for dinner then it is best suited combo for you .
