Hariwali Paneer

Hariwali Paneer is one of something different dish from other paneer varieties. A thick Green gravy with some special spices. It can be made in various way but to me its the best one. Pista brings some cachy flavour to it. Instead of Milk if you use Fresh Cream then it will be more tasty and convenient too. One of my House warming occasion I made this one,Then I served it with rice. But I want to mention it that it will go perfect with Roti or Paratha.To make more tasty of course the Paneer has to be soft. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients
  1. Paneer Cube 200 gm 
  2. Onion 2 Cut into Cube
  3. Pista 1/4 cup
  4. 1/2 cup Milk
Green Paste 
  1.  Green Chili 2
  2. 1 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  3. Pudina Leaves 2 tbsp
  4. Coconut Grated 2tsp
  5. Ginger 1tsp
  6. Garlic Paste 2tsp
  7. Coriander Powder 2tbsp
  8. Sahi Morich (White Pepper) 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. White oil or Ghee 4tbsp

Method 

  1. Soak the paneer cubes in warm water for sometimes to make spongy.
  2. Remove excess water from paneer cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the cubes very lightly.
  5. Remove from oil and keep seperately.
  6. Boil Onion and Pista.
  7. Remove the Pista Skin. 
  8. Add Onion and pista into the green paste ingredients.
  9. Make a green paste.
  10. Heat oil in pan.
  11. Add the paste to it and cook for sometimes.
  12. When oils come out.
  13. Add paneer cubes to it.
  14. Add salt to taste.
  15. Cook for sometimes.
  16. Remove from heat,Hara paneer is ready.
Serve with Roti or Paratha.
