Hariwali Paneer is one of something different dish from other paneer varieties. A thick Green gravy with some special spices. It can be made in various way but to me its the best one. Pista brings some cachy flavour to it. Instead of Milk if you use Fresh Cream then it will be more tasty and convenient too. One of my House warming occasion I made this one,Then I served it with rice. But I want to mention it that it will go perfect with Roti or Paratha.To make more tasty of course the Paneer has to be soft. Hope you will like it. So check out the Recipe here...
Paneer Cube 200 gm
Onion 2 Cut into Cube
Pista 1/4 cup
1/2 cup Milk
Green Chili 2
1/4th Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
Pudina Leaves 2 tbsp
Coconut Grated 2tsp
Garlic Paste 2tsp
Coriander Powder 2tbsp
Sahi Morich (White Pepper) 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
White oil or Ghee 4tbsp
Soak the paneer cubes in warm water for sometimes to make spongy.
Remove excess water from paneer cubes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the cubes very lightly.
Remove from oil and keep seperately.
Boil Onion and Pista.
Remove the Pista Skin.
Add Onion and pista into the green paste ingredients.
