And this is also from Bengal. A simple fried potato julienne which is very famous in Bengal with Plain rice and Dal. It is actually a starter from Bengal too. The ultimate crispy is the word. So want to share with you too. Hope you will like it. Try this one .Its really a easy and simple recipe.

Ingredients
Tip : Cut Potato thin as much as you can.
Tip : If you have Food processor then its well and good too. Shred potato.
Tip : Deep fry only.
Tip : Fry into high flame but take care that it should not be burnt.
Tip : Adjust heat when frying.
Tip : Serve with plain rice , Jeera rice and dal.

Ingredients
- 2 Big size Potato
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Oil for Deep Fry
- Potato Cut into Julienne size .
- Soak Julienne Potato into water with little salt and turmeric powder for at least 1 hrs.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Squeeze water from potato as much you can with your hands.
- Deep fry potato until golden brown.
- Now crispy fried potato julienne is ready to serve.
