Dears Friends from two days back I am sharing some special Recipes from Bengal. Hope you are liking very much. So here again I am sharing another lovely Crispy recipe for you. And this is also from Bengal. A simple fried potato julienne which is very famous in Bengal with Plain rice and Dal. It is actually a starter from Bengal too. The ultimate crispy is the word. So want to share with you too. Hope you will like it. Try this one .Its really a easy and simple recipe.

Crispy Fried Potato Julienne | Jhurjhure Aaloo Bhaja | Bengal Famous Starter

Ingredients
  • 2 Big size Potato
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil for Deep Fry
Cooking Directions
  1. Potato Cut into Julienne size .
  2. Soak Julienne Potato into water with little salt and turmeric powder for at least 1 hrs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Squeeze water from potato as much you can with your hands.
  5. Deep fry potato until golden brown.
  6. Now crispy fried potato julienne is ready to serve.


Tip : Cut Potato thin as much as you can.
Tip : If you have Food processor then its well and good too. Shred potato.
Tip : Deep fry only.
Tip : Fry into high flame but take care that it should not be burnt.
Tip : Adjust heat when frying.
Tip : Serve with plain rice , Jeera rice and dal.
