After a long time I get a chance to post the new one.Today I want to share with you a chinese dish,chowmein.
As per wiki's description "Chow mein is a generic Chinese term for a dish of stir-fried noodles."
Basically it is prepared with the combination of variety vegetables,chicken and eggs.But I like to prepare the veg one.As per chinese ingredients soya sauce and aginomoto should be used but as aginomoto is not good for health so I would not like to use this.AS much as possible I make it simple.

So the preparation of Vegie Chowmein is for you.Try this one...
Ingredients :
- Noodles 2 packets.
- Capsicum 2 (chpooed)
- Carrots 2 (chopped)
- Onion 2 (chopped)
- Green Chili 5-6 (chopped)
- Ginger 1 tsp (grated)
- Vineger 2 tbsp
- White Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Method :
- Boil water in a vessel.
- Pour all the noodles with little salt and 1 tsp oil.
- Soak for 10 mins.
- Drain excess water and marinate with the vineger.
- Cover with a lid.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onion,carrot,capsicum and green chili till its tender.
- Add ginger,salt and chili sauce to it.
- Cook for some times.
- Add noodles and fry for sometimes.
- After a while add black pepper powder to it.
- Garnish with salad.
- Serve hot with your fav tomato sauce/chili sauce.
