Rohu Fish Curry | Rui Macher Kalia | Bengali Style Fish Curry

Fish without Bengali. Its just impossible  ! As per my knowledge Bengali is such kind of people who love to eat various kind of fishes. And if you ask which kind of fishes they are fond of. There are several options like Rohu,Katla,Hilsa,Pavda,Prawn,Tangra,Aayar,Bhetki,Poya,Mourala,Puti and lots more... But I only favor which has very minimum bones such as Rohu,Katla,Prawn etc.And again if you ask which is the king of fish world ? Then the answer is only Rohu. In our Bengali Tradition each of the auspicious occasion we should have to be a fish item too. Because fish seems an auspicious itself in Bengal. But here in chennai we are getting only the few fish category that is why we are very rare to eat fish here. But whenever I went to Kolkata my only choice is to eat variety of fishes. In chennai very rare I bought Rohu fish. Before one week I bought the fish and prepared one Traditional Bengali Rohu Fish Curry. Its really an authentic one. And after preparing that one you will ge...
