Corn Chicken Sandwich | Restaurant Style

Friends today sharing most lovable breakfast in the world. Means this is the recipe of one marvelous Sandwich. If you want to describe Sandwich then I will prefer you the definition from Wikipedia. Its saying - "sandwich is a food item, consisting of two or more slices of bread with one or more fillings between them.". Though sandwich have various category. Still we prefer with the regular breads at all. Anyway apart from the description of sandwich I must say in my family Sandwich is very attractive breakfast in the morning. due to heavy work pressure and time consuming recipe I prepare it very rare. But as I Got the book Of Bela Dey one of my favourite bengal cook. I have seen so much variety and just wanted to make them out. So this is the result. Last Sunday morning I tried it with little change over it. And It was just superb! Hope everyone will like this. And its really a quick recipe as well as Restaurant Style also. So dear lets try this and hope once you made you will make it again.

*** One more thing, If you have Sandwich maker then well and good. Otherwise you can do it with the simple raw Breads. Without any grilling or roasting too. Thinks you will get the more taste than the grilled or roast one.

Corn Chicken Sandwich | Restaurant Style

Recipe by Nabanita Das
Prep time: 25 mins.
Cook time: 5 mins
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Corn Kernels Boiled
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 small size Onion Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Paste
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Green cardamoms
  • 100 gm or 1/2 Cup Boneless Chicken Keema or Shreaded (boiled with garlic,ginger and black pepper)
  • 4 tbsp White oil
  • 1/2 Cup Cheese and Chili Meyonnaise / Normal one
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 pcs. Bread Slice
Cooking Directions

For Filling :
  1. Make a paste of Boiled Corn.
  2. Heat oil in a pan .
  3. Add Cinnamon,Green Cardamoms, when aroma coming out.
  4. Add Onion paste,Ginger paste ,Boiled Keema,Corn paste and Coriander leaves paste gradually.
  5. Adjust seasoning.
  6. Fry for 4-5 mins.
  7. Now filling is ready.

To make sandwich :
  1. Spread butter over the breads.
  2. Over the butter spread mayonnaise too in a thick layer basis.
  3. Now spread the filling over there.
  4. And arrange another slice bread like sandwich style.
  5. Do same with rest of the breads.
  6. Grill into Sandwich maker.
  7. Once done serve as per your choice .
  • As per my quantity 4 sandwiches will be prepared.
